Customer Reviews

Hi Leesh, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing electrical issues. During our visit, we diagnosed that the bathroom had pre-existing wiring and fixture problems that could not be permanently corrected without replacing the faulty wiring and the defective fixture. We demonstrated the issue while testing the circuit and explained that reconnecting the affected outlets caused the underlying problem to return. At your request, we restored power to the remaining bathroom lighting as a temporary solution while recommending the proper repairs needed for a complete and safe fix. Unfortunately, because the underlying wiring issue was not corrected, additional problems can still occur. Our goal is always to provide safe, code-conscious recommendations and to be transparent about what is and isn’t a permanent repair. We wish you the best in getting the remaining electrical issues resolved.
