Thank you for choosing Keles Home Services. The listed services describe the agreed scope. Additional work or materials require your approval.
For non-financed work, a 50% deposit is required before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion. Approved financing covers the full agreed project amount under the provider's terms instead of the standard 50% deposit.
Assessment-only visits: $75 for up to 1 hour ($25 deposit + $50 balance), credited toward the work if hired. The $25 booking deposit is refundable with at least 24 hours' notice; nonrefundable within 24 hours, except where applicable law requires a refund. Repairs, installation and materials are quoted separately.
