Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about estimates, visits and working with us.
Estimates & pricing
How can I get a free online estimate?
Send photos, your ZIP code and project details through our free photo estimate form, or call/text (470) 272-8238. Include the tasks, quantities and materials or equipment you already have. We review the scope and explain pricing before work begins. Complex projects may need an on-site assessment.
What does an on-site assessment cost?
An optional assessment visit is $75 for up to one hour: a $25 booking deposit and $50 remaining. One visit fee covers the selected projects and is credited toward the work if you hire us. Repairs, installation and materials are quoted separately. An unpaid booking is automatically canceled after one hour.
How is project pricing determined?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, materials and time. We explain the price before work begins and confirm changes before proceeding. Ask about combining several tasks in one visit. The assessment deposit is separate from the project payment schedule; your written estimate confirms the payment terms.
Are financing options available?
Wisetack or Klarna may be available for eligible projects and customers, subject to eligibility and approval. Availability and terms vary by provider, customer and transaction; financing is not guaranteed. Ask us which options apply to your project.
How do I cancel or reschedule an assessment visit?
Call or text (470) 272-8238. Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a refund of the $25 assessment deposit. Within 24 hours, the deposit is nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Contact us to arrange rescheduling.
Services & your visit
What services do you offer?
We help with electrical and lighting, EV charging, TV mounting and wire concealment, custom TV and media wall design, audio/video, networking, cameras, window treatments, mirrors and artwork, shelving and storage, furniture and equipment assembly, doors, cabinetry, painting, drywall and flooring. Share your project so we can confirm the scope.
Who do you work with?
We work with homeowners, tenants with authorization, landlords, property managers, interior designers and business owners. Our customers include offices, retail stores, restaurants, gyms and fitness facilities. We coordinate access, scheduling and approval with the right contact, especially in occupied homes and active businesses.
What happens after I contact you?
We review your message, photos and project details, then ask for any missing information. We discuss the scope, recommend a practical solution and explain the price. Complex projects may need an on-site assessment. Once agreed, we schedule the work, complete the installation or repair, test the result and review it with you.
What should I prepare before requesting an estimate?
List each task, quantities, location, preferred timing and the materials or equipment you already have. Share available photos and inspiration images. For TV mounting, include the TV size, wall type, mount and wire concealment needs; for custom wall design, include dimensions and the desired finish. Tell us about access, parking, building restrictions and who can approve the work.
Can I supply my own materials or equipment?
Yes. Share photos, model numbers and quantities before purchasing or scheduling so we can check suitability and identify additional parts needed. If you need help selecting or sourcing items, ask us. Materials, delivery and installation charges will be clarified in the quote.
Do you offer urgent or after-hours service?
Urgent and after-hours visits may be available by arrangement. Call (470) 272-8238 to confirm availability with Numan; a visit is not guaranteed until confirmed. Regular online booking hours are Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm. Sunday is closed for regular online booking.
Our company & experience
What experience and training do you bring to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on installation, repair and property improvement work in homes and businesses. We regularly work with electrical and lighting installations, TV mounting and A/V systems, low-voltage wiring, equipment installation, drywall repairs and other improvements. We continue learning about products, installation methods, safety practices and applicable requirements. Ask about our experience with your specific project.
How did Keles Home Services get started?
Numan started with hands-on installation and repair work and gradually expanded into more involved home and business projects. Referrals and repeat customers helped Keles Home Services grow into a broad range of electrical, A/V, installation and property improvement services. Clear communication, practical recommendations and careful workmanship remain central to how we work.
Can you describe a project involving several services?
One project we enjoyed involved upgrading a business fitness facility with electrical work, outlets, equipment installation, TV and A/V work, mirrors and other improvements. It required coordinating several types of work and keeping the finished installation clean and professional. It was completed over multiple visits around the facility schedule and project requirements. Timing depends on scope, access and materials.
What should I look for when choosing a provider?
Compare the full scope, not only the lowest price. Ask what labor and materials are included, who supplies the equipment, how changes will be approved and whether the provider has done similar work. Review relevant project photos and customer feedback. A good result should be carefully installed, functional and appropriate for the property, including the parts you cannot see behind a wall or ceiling.
